Got in my morning workout. 30 minutes on the elliptical for a warmup followed by 30 minutes strength training.
I used 5 pound weights and did 5 sets 12 reps of each exercise. burned 460 cals.
now off to breakfast. I made some TVP(textured vegetable protein) patties and baked some dinner rolls for a sandwich.YUM
later on today 5 mile run.

did my 5 mile run. my nike Plus is slowing down again coz it said i ran 5 in 1hr 15 minutes. I think i actually ran more than that. my last 5 mile run was 61 minutes and i need to maintain that.
I listened to a podcast while running, i feel like that keeps my mind off the run more than music does. the plan for tomorrow is to do an exercise video in the morning and a run later on. My calories here a bit low.
only ate about 1300 calories and a burned over 1100 cals. I had a major deficit which isn’t the best for building muscles. but I really have no food at home and I need what i have left to hold for the entire week.(poor college student here)
