20 days of weight loss (day 4)

today was my rest day so i did not run. it really bugs me coz then I get behind on all my Nike+ goals and I have to catch up. but i know that running 7 days a week isnt the best. the body needs to rest.

I had a relatively good eating day. i had to take a nap to stop myself for boredom snacking. two hours later I made the amazing polenta and Vegetarian TVP sausages I rebloged a few days ago. I am under my calorie goal so everything is great.

even though today was not a running day. i did sneak in a 1 hour gym session of 30 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes of pathetic strength training. I really need to up my strength training. tomorrow I will try and and pull a double gym day if I can strength training in the morning and a Run at night. 

I’m thinking abou restarting the 30DS but then I just feel defeated. i did the first level and 1 day of level two last time and completely gave up after maybe i’ll start tomorrow and see how it goes. i think I am more fit now than last time.

Im really trying to avoid the scale until Wednesday but I am stressed out about getting to the 170’s I don’t think I can until I get there. I am 3 pounds away and I hope to get there this week. or maybe even next.
