I have been slacking a bit on exercise and Gym time. even though the good news is that I run everyday, I need to include some strength training in my workouts.
Maybe if I make a weekly schedule, I can improve it. This will be my test week. I want to be in the 170’s by thursday. which means losing at least 2 pounds in the next 5 days. Do-able????
Sunday: 4 miles walk.
Monday: morning 30 mins Elliptical plus 30 minutes strength
Evening: 5 mile run outside
Tuesday: morning work out DVD
Evening 5 mile run outside
Wednesday: morning 30 minute elliptical plus 30 minute strength (might add another 30 minute elliptical depending on evening plan)
Evening: 5 mile run
Thursday: morning: 5 mile run or 3 mile walk
eveing: night off for drinks with Friends
Friday: morning 30 min Elliptical plus 30 minutes strength training
Evening: 3 mile walk
Saturday: 3 mile walk
Sunday: 5 mile morning run.
